Fantastic food, staff are excellent, atmosphere brilliant and menu prices were not too expensive, my steak was cooked to perfection and the sauce was exceptional, will definitely be going back there again.

Had a number of splendid meals here over the past few years. The staff are friendly and the portion sizes very generous. Always a must visit when we are in Lyme!

We enjoyed a very good meal here last Saturday night. We received a warm welcome from the bar staff who are always friendly yet professional. We know that the portions are on the larger side wo we went straight for main courses, both of us having steak which was melt in the mouth accompanied by chips, peas, tomato, mushrooms, onion... We booked a table here, as we were staying close by. Very pleased to hear that they accepted dogs. We were greeted by very pleasant staff who bought our drinks to the table with menus, and explained the specials board. Food was of good pub standard, but the service was of exceptional. Would certainly call again when in the area.

This pub is obviously highly thought off I can see that by the reviews so I wont give a terrible score as that would be unfair and will just go for an average. In all fairness this seems like an isolated incident, To cut a long story short, walked in, stood there looked around, nobody behind the bar and nobody... More
