Pascal's is run by two friends and situated in the main street of Napier. We had dinner there on two consecutive days in early February 2012. Both evenings were most enjoyable. The food's quality was excellent and the local wines good. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I'd highly recommend it if your in the area. By the way,... More

Being in such a small town somewhere on the road from Cape town. A warm welcome by the owners and staff. A nice atmosphere and decoration. A good selection of fine food with a great taste. This was really worth to visit. And surely we will go back. More

The owners and staff of this restaurant are the most friendly people I have met in any restaurant. The Food is excellent and so is the service and I hope the people from Napier support this Restaurant and so all visitors to Napier. You wont get any better and it will be worth visiting. More

Superb dining after a long days travel. Our first visit to the town of Napier in the Overberg region +- 110 km's north of Cape Town, South Africa. We were whale watching, and stumbled in to this quaint little town about 20 kms from Gansbay and 30kms from Harmanus - both whale watching hot spots. By pure accident we selected... More

Whilst visiting South Africa looking for a retirement home I spent a few days in Napier to view some properties. I dined at Pascal's on the recommendation of local people and, what a great surprise it was. A very good menu which provided options to suit every taste and appetite. I chose Local Karoo Lanb chops and, boy what a... More

Wow what a welcome we recieved from the owners when I and three very weary team mates stumbled into their restaurant in need of nourishing midway through our 500km Africa Expedition Adventure Race. Apparantly we had't been the only ones in that day although we were the last! The guys couldn't do enough for us, despite our shoddy appearance, they... More

My husband and I had dinner at Pascal's in December 2010. We were greeted warmly and welcomed by the owners themselves. The decor is art deco and a feast for the eye and a nostalgic trip to yesteryear. The food is freshly made and absolutely fantastic. I had a brinjal stack with a tomato coulis, my husband had the steak... More

Pascal's saved the day for us in a big way. We were out driving on the N2 at Caledon in the late afternoon when I saw the sign to "the southernmost point in Africa". Who could resist, despite it being 100 km away? We arrived at Cape Agulhas just in time for sunset, and then started our return journey 175... More
