In the past, we made very good experience looking at trip advisor for recommendations for hotels and restaurants. So when we did a stop over in Recco, we looked for highly rated restaurants. Da O' Vittorio was among and close to where we parked. The waiter was friendly and told us that their Foccacio was famous (he did not offer... More

We (2 adults, 2 kids) had lunch here, the main feature was, naturally, the focaccia, which is the pride of the city. Its worth mentioning that the kids enjoyed the meal just as much as the adults (they had lasagna and pasta) and that service was polite and relatively fast (place was half full). The focaccia is, without doubt, one... More

We had two main dishes (fish),1 foccaccia, 1 bottle of Dolceacqua wine, and 2 deserts for 87 euros. I think this is normal for such a nice restaurant. We did not make any reservation but we were able to find a table on the terrace, where the ambient was cozy. But don't except any view, because the restaurant is across... More

Focaccia e pizzata were below expectations. We had instead excellent trenette al pesto and ravioli. The key issue was the fact that we ordered the focaccia (we were there for the famous focaccia di Recco) as appetizer and we've got it after the pasta and that spoiled the experience quite a bit. There was only one waitress which is possibly... More

Consistent good food and friendly service at very reasonable price. This restaurant has been able to deliver good traditional local food during the last 40 years always without loosing his touch with his clients.

We stopped on our way back from Florence to Menton in France having found Da O'Vittorios in the Michelin Guide. Not even 5 minutes from the Motorway exit - perfect! Great Italian cooking. The interior was full of originality and charm - even had it's own old English red phone box! Staff really attentive and a free post dinner Camogli... More

Recco is often considered as the capital of the Liguria gastronomy, at least for the "Riviera di Levante" (the coast at the east of Genoa). Well, that might be true, and certainly O'Vittorio represent a peak of this tradition: a historical restaurant, opened many many years ago, that has maintained a stainless style and unchanged quality. The food is simply... More

If it is authentic Italian food your after then this is the place to eat in. I have eaten there several times and every time the food was very good, their foccacia is the best I have ever had. It is friendly and the service is excellent. Their hotel room are very nice and comfortable.
