My husband and I came by this restaurant by chance, while walking in the Waterloo / Louise Avenue district. What a delight! Impeccable service by the charming owner, no less. The food was scrumptious. The house specialties lived up to their names. The chocolate fondant cake was the best I have ever had. The restaurant decor itself is warm and... More

Arrived without a booking, 5 adults and two children, staff were very friendly and accomodating, we were very well looked after. No high chairs but we made do, had fish and steaks, very nice and some good value no nonsense wines.

I've eaten here four or five times during work visits to Brussels; always go back for more. The food is excellent. If I had to pick favourite dishes I'd say croquetttes aux crevette, lapin a la geuze, moules mariniere, chocolate pudding. Some evidence of the Greekness of the owner. Seriously quirky interior, but nice. Good colour scheme, interesting art (and... More

Great food! Impeccable service, an address to remember in Brussels. The owner is the soul of the restaurant!

A good restaurant where the food was very tasty although the service was a little slow. We waited quite a while between mains and dessert but they may have been waiting for me to finish my wine!. They had Tom and Jerry cartoons playing which were a bit distracting especially since the colours on the TV were awry!

A great place to eat. The decoration is really stylish, that makes the atmosphere welcoming. The staff is very friendly, mostly the manager. The food was great. I enjoyed the shrimps, a plate really delicious. I had a great time, and I highly recommend this restuarant.

after having walked around searching for a place to eat for our evening meal, we stumbled across GEA. The menu looked promising, however there appeared to be no other customers at the restaurant, and seeing as all the other restaurants along the street were full, this was far from re-assuring. Although this gave us little than no choice so we... More

Being a "habituee" of Rue Jourdan I have 3 favourites in that street. Now I might have to add another one. Having passed the restaurant so often I gave it a try today for lunch, something I do not regret. Seated on the terrasse I ordered the lunch for 29 € and while waiting for the first course ( a... Food is okay, not bad but not great. One of us had a smoked salmon plate which would have made a good starter but was inadequate for dinner. The other had a chicken dish which was very flavorful. The quirkiness comes from the waiter/host, a funny little man. We weren't sure whether he had a quirky sense of humor or... More

In a touristy street but near hotel after long day travelling. Mixture of Belgian and Southern European cuisine. Very friendly and enthusiastic maître d'. Moules appear to be the speciality but choices of grilled salmon fillet and whole grilled sea bass were good with a timbale of veg and rice accompaniments. Aperitifs and digestifs were on the house and the... More
