La Barchetta serves good Italian food. The service is good and the portions are big. You do not leave La Barchetta hungry. I can recommend Escalope Florentine, lovely.

Give it a try, we were apprehensive about the size, but the restaurant opens up into a nice cosy large area at the back. Tables in the back are located around a wooden boat and you can watch the chefs in the kitchen and also the pizza oven. My daughter and I had pasta which was very good and my... More

Four years living in Woluwe-Saint Pierre and had never been to this prominent, well-reviewed restaurant. Now I have. And it was as good as everyone claims! It was a Saturday evening, busy time, but we were able to get a two-seat table no problem. This was about 20:00. It became even busier toward 21:00, very Italian-like in that regard. So,... More

We visit here for lunch on a weekend, after shopping at the local market. The restaurant is nice and the menu is huge. There is a wide variety of dishes, so you should find something for everyone. We have always enjoyed the food here and prices are mixed with some dishes being expensive (especially starters, but thats quite normal in... More

Extremely rude waiters who know nothing about customer service refused to bring a glass for my child who's 4 years old because we didn't order any beverages from there & made a scene simply because my son had his bottle of water with him. They were lecturing us for 10 min. on how we can't bring our bottle of water... More

This is probably the best Italian resto in Woluwe-St Pierre. Some Italian friends organized a dinner at La Barchetta and I have to say that food is very good. If you are a pizza fan, this trattoria is second to none in Brussels!! Service is friendly but a bit slow. Decor is simple and correct. Prices are reasonable, so value... More

Went to la Barchetta las Saturday with my spouse and two kids. The place has traditional style deco, but in a really nice way - seems that they must have refreshed it recently and done a great job in it. The kitchen and the pizza oven are visible to the guests, which give a nice touch to the atmosphere. When... More

We discover this place because we were looking for a good italian pizza place. They do have a fire hoven for pizza, so i decided to go for it! Pizzas are as real italian does, crunchy but not too much, soft and smelling and tasting extremely good, You can find pizzas starting as 7/8€ up to 12/13€. Staff it's friendly... More

very poor service. pizzas were overpriced (taking into account the quality and flavour). probably the best spot in this area (it's not the most lively area in brussels), but by far the worst 'authentic pizza/italian restaurant' place i've ever went to in brussels.

My house specialty pizza was half-cooked and lacked fantasy on toppings. At the same time it seemed to be very family friendly restaurant, which is odd in Brussels area.
