This great little restaurant is exquisite. From the cozy atmosphere to the daily picked food. There is no menu on the net as the chef chooses the fresh ingredients every morning. From the starter to the desert it is simply a pure delight.

Whether you're into some refined dining during the weekend or you're just longing for some delicacy after an apero in Chatelain on a Wednesday evening, this is one of the best restaurants in the area. Good and absolutely not overpriced winelist.

Small, cosy and really Belgian environment. People very friendly and helpful. Fine and clear taste of excellent products very well cooked. We had a great lunch and we tried to book for dinner for next day, as we believe that it would be even better for dinner. More live! But it was saturday and it was closed. At least this... More

Business lunch with colleagues. We all (5 of us) had a 3 course meal (no set menu - you choose from what is available that day) and i think we all enjoyed every dish we had. Restaurant is not large and the kitchen is really quite small (open so you can see your meal being prepared if you wish) but... More

I love this place. It is unpretentious and effortlessly chic. The chef has made a conscious decision not to be too fancy -- he's not going for a Michelin star -- but instead to focus on delivering delicious meals. Don't get me wrong; the cuisine is sophisticated and refined, but it is not as fussy as some of the gastronomic... More

I was taken here by friends -- a married couple -- that live in the neighborhood and come here often. They are well-traveled and have excellent taste, so the fact that they brought me here on my one night with them says something. The food was indeed excellent, as were the service and the décor.

A friend and I ate at Le Fruit Defendu during a recent visit to Brussels. The menu is varied, produce very fresh and main courses served with a good selection of vegetables. Our waiter explained each dish in detail and there was an interesting - if expensive - wine list. However, it was too crowded, the tables were far too... More

We were planning to go there already few times and finally we managed to make it happen in our agenda. "Le plat du jour" was exellente, the taste of the vegetables, meat and sauce were very good, you did not miss any flavor. The dessert was also very special!! I said to my friend that I would try to make... More

This restaurant was rcommended by a business partner/friend ... so we invited him and his friend to this place (to make sure he didn't fool me ;) ...). This restaurant is an absolute "to cherish" adress, a small but ever so pretty and cosy restaurant with excellent and tasty food, great suggestions, staff paying attention to every customer ... Great... More

Excellent food and service (kind and quick), pretty and cozy restaurant (dinner by candle light), we had raviole de homard, home made foie gras, pigeon, tarte tatin, crumble aux mirabelles, 2 glasses of champagne for 124 euros. We were very happy
