Stopped for lunch at this beautifully maintained old heritage house, now a B&B and tiny restaurant on a quiet tree-lined residential street. Only a few tables and seemingly only one server, but the menu was amazing in variety at incredibly reasonable prices. This is NOT a fast food place or one where young children would fit in, but I would... More

We stopped for lunch at the Redmond. Service was prompt and both of biggest meals were tastefully presented, and good tasting. Portions were small.

Enjoyed a nice relaxing lunch at the Redmond. I had the bleu cheese / avocado burger and my wife had the special, a turkey and cheese sandwich with caramelized onion soup. The burger was quite good, although the patty was a bit thick for my liking. It was very tasty. The turkey sandwich looked a little average, but was perfect.... More

We were travelling in the area and chose to stay in Maple Creek. We picked the Redmond B&B, best decision. Lovely restored home, yes you share a bathroom but for 1 night it was quite fine. Bedroom was comfortable, quiet and yes, air conditioned. We relaxed with a glass of our own wine on the veranda and then went in... More

I do not understand why basic customer service skills cannot be learned here! I have been here many time, against my will I might add the last few times, but never again. I am so tired of leaving here angry. Here is the typical visit: Hi, may I order.... no, sorry, we are out. Ok, how about..... nope, out... ok,... More

We are very sorry for your bad experience at Redmond House. After your last review (which is eerily similar to this one, again) I had a talk with my server and we've made a very good effort at returning to tables and being as we only have 6 tables this hasn't been a problem. We also only have 1 server... More

During one of our visits to the Cypress Hills Winery the owners suggested that we make sure to eat at the Redmond House in Maple Creek. We had never heard of it previously and were intrigued by the enthusiasm of the recommendation despite the vague details. A year later we made a point to drop by the Redmond House. Wow!... More

We stopped at Redmond house after a very disappointing stay at Cypress hills resort. The comfort and the gracious owner made for a very relaxing stay. The period home is well, decorated, keeping the original concept and mixing in new decor. Loved my stay and will stop every time I pass through.

A diamond in the rough. This place is beautiful inside and the food was spectacular! Mike is an accomplished chef, and it shows.
