SUMMATION: The ambiance was nice, service very good, but some of the food was rotten, and some was completely incorrectly prepared. Also, they did not follow their advertised buffet schedule. Very impressed with food quality. Congratualtions! Had to call out the chef to commend her. Will return if in the area of Rincon.

I've stayed at Rincon Beach Resort on several occasions. Brasas has been there for a few years. Always a great choice, with good food and great service.

we have traveled a lot both locally and internationally; at each opportunity one of our biggest pleasures has always been to experience the gastronomy on our destinations. and after all that we still keep Brasas Restaurant at the very top of our excellence list. go there, experience this by yourself. you may even request any kind of meal not in... I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from about Las Brasas. We ate there for breakfast every morning for five days and had dinner there three times. It's a pleasant two room restaurant with helpful wait staff. The menu is more varied than a previous review implied and we have found all of the dishes to be tasty... More

Four of us enjoyed a fantastic meal at Brasas last night! The two shrimp appetizers were outstanding. Our dinners, veal chops and rack of lamb, were fabulous. The risotto accompaniment was fantastic and I am not usually a risotto aficionado. We shared a bottle of Codice Tempranillo which was lovely. The staff is friendly and attentive. Monday to Wednesday nights... More

We had eaten at the Brasas Restaurant in the past (some years ago). We had friends meet us for dinner. WHAT A MISTAKE. We were so embarrassed. The menu was horrible. Only 6 picks, and they did not have the steak tenderloin! My husband had the skirt steak w/ tostones the steak was tiny, paper thin as well as the... More

Expensive and not clean. I ordered a Mahi Mahi fish with vegetables. The fish was very dry (burned) and with couple of carrots and few lettuce.I was to tired to wait and/or ask for another dish... Service was OK .They have a very limited menu.

Worst restaurant I've ever been to. Nasty food, horrible service. The risotto croquettes I ordered as appetizers tasted like frying oil. The rack of lamb which was $34 was disgusting, underseasoned and cold. Don't ever go to this restaurant!
