Not so good

The lasagna carne seemed to have no pasta layer or moz cheese. More like a loosely formed meatloaf with tomato sauce. The nice salad had a self served oil with hot peppers For dressing. Waiter took order, served and brought check not even refilling water glasses.

Great selection of pastas and sauces. The Pizza was one of the best in Costa Rica Great wine list and excellent service. I haven't seen a wine spritz on the menu for years…loved it! Good size portions and reasonably priced for this quality of food

OK, so its in a strip mall. I can get past that. Waiter clearly knew the menu, never once asked us how we liked our two courses of food. too busy watching the tv on the wall, not interested in earning a good tip. I had a glass of red, wonderful but pricey. my wife had Sangria, do not bother.... More

It was obviously home made pasta and cooked with care. Great meal. A little pricy but you get what you pay for.

My wife found a worm in her salad and they still charged us for leaving. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! The service was terrible and someone said they had good pasta. Well they were wrong.

Staying nearby as part of a tour and a large group of us (16) decided to go out for a meal together. Our first choice restaurant couldn't accommodate us (we hadn't booked in advance) as they were fully booked but Lo Spago made us very welcome. Service was friendly, the food was excellent and very good value.

There was a hair in my plate of pasta and my husband killed a cockroach ON THE TABLE with his water glass!!! Then they proceeded to charge us for the plate of pasta that they replaced because of the hair. It was disgusting.

For our last night in Costa Rica, we wanted something tasty and filling that would not break the bank (what little bank was left after seven days). We passed on Andiamo'La and decided on this little gem. Sure there was a little hesitation after finding them located in a strip, but that all disappeared after looking over the menu and... More
