Food always delicious :-)

Lovely homely, old fashioned pub. Food always great. Service sometimes a little abrupt but the good food makes up for it!

Had a reallly nice Sunday Roast here. Proper home made Yorkshire puddings. Good beer, very friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Just what you want from a pub.

Have only visited this pub at lunch times which I do regularly. The food is generally good to excellent by pub standards. The beers are Robinsons Indeed the staff here are first rate, friendly, helpful and universally cheerful without being OTT

Large portions of tasty food with home-cooked veg left us no room for dessert! Friendly staff and lovely location.

Celebrating a 50th birthday, 10 of us were recommended by the owners from the Joys of Life Country Park and they couldn't have got it more right! Excellent service, 10/10 for presentation and the food was delicious.

This pub is only down the road for us, but we've never popped in. After a wet and windy Sunday we fancied a roast and popped by. Food was delicious, excellent service and reasonable prices. We'll be back!

Normally visit various eateries in Caernarfon itself but as it was a bit short notice, and we were unable to secure a booking at Gorsbach Inn down the road, we decided to try the Vaynol. The starters were ok, though nothing to write home about. My partner's black pudding starter looked as though they were supermarket packed black pudding with... More

My family of six had lunch here on Saturday, we were early but this did not concern the staff. We all remarked on our different meals how well cooked they were, delicious !!! The staff were very helpful, I did ask the waitress to stop saying "sorry" she was doing an excellent job :-) Will definitely be returning.
