Fantastic food, great atmosphere, excellent service, energetic chef, .. When you are in the region of Beziers, you simply have to go.

O Bontemps in Magalas offers a sublime dining experience. They have all the right people working there, together with a very passionate chef. It's not too over the top however this restaurant is very special and a must do experience. My tip is ARRIVE HUNGARY! There is various menus on offer however you cannot order individual dishes. Either 3, 4... More

Very much a show but fabulous. wonderful flavours but be prepared to pay for excellence. Chef was superb, even down to walking us to our car (as we'd lost our cars) only to find we'd left them in the car!! He had also driven home some diners as well - a very enjoyable experience

Just had a wonderful meal there with friends- we went there 5 years ago and have never managed to get a table there in the summers since. The amuse Bouche were perfect - loved the mussels and the croustillant cappuccino. Great hosts and amazing value for the quality of food. £30 a head for 3 courses plus the extras and... More

Perhaps not for everyone as the food is complicated and subtle. Plenty of it though with mis en Bouche etc., but there didn't seem to be a traditional menu from which you choose what you want. You pick the three or four course deal, tell them likes/dislikes and off you go! Trust them and the sommelier to match the wines... More

We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor when looking for somewhere near Bezier. It is magical. Madame was about to have a baby, so the girl who took our reservation was quite clear that they would only be open if they were not at the hospital. Luckily for us the baby had not yet arrived. The setting is idyllic, and... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants! The waiters are charismatic, the food is very adventurous and delicious, the atmosphere is really fun, it's perfect for a dinner out with friends, or a birthday dinner, or a fun meal out! It's in a sweet little location, the chef was very kind and talented. You are in for a treat!

We came upon a recommendation, and were delighted in every way. Yes, if you're Type A and cannot bear letting yourself go and have what the chef decides to prepare...might not be the spot for you. For us, this was delightful fun. (And I'm actually glad we did not check TA reviews in advance.) Service was quirky, but convivial. All... More

Expensive pretentious yad. Been a couple of times which is certainly once too many. Would neither consider returning nor recommending

Haute cuisine with theatrical panache! Beautiful setting and attentive staff. Our friends treated us to dinner at this restaurant - we opted for the 5 courses with matching wines chosen by the sommelier. There were some surprises - aperitifs, amuse bouches, pre-deserts all fabulous. If you want to have a special meal - this is certainly an option to consider.
