The Veneto-Friuli-Venezia Giulia part of Italy is full of nice surprises as far as restaurants are concerned. Even small towns sometimes offer excellent and unusual restaurants, with a solid foundation of traditional cuisine and outstanding ingredients. This is the case of the Tre Scalini.
