Decent food, nothing special. We both had "today's special", rabbit stiffado was mostly bones. Average service.

We 've been there in June twice..lunch and dinner! We loved the place, the people and the food! Both times i had: apanemia salad, yellow cheese from cyprus with figs jam and pork with wine mavrodafni....i just loved those plates!! It's a restaurant that might doesn't have sea view, but when you eat you need it to be tasty, traditional,... More

Apanemia is not on the main street of the seaside village of Pollonia and does not, therefore, provide the beautiful views such restaurants as Gialos, Ammos, and Enalion have. It is however a 5-minute walk from the sea and definitely worth a visit. We actually visited twice during a week-long stay in Pollonia. Apanemia is a lot of fun. There... More

We tried most of the restaurants in Pollonia and this was by far the best. Great honest food, I liked the wine from the Konstakis vineyard (made in Pollonia!), relaxed atmosphere and attentive service, nothing more to say!

I can understand why many diners consider this one of the best or the best restaurant in Pollonia.(currently at #3 of 18) Thanks to Tripadvisor, we were made aware of it's location. While situated along the main street leading through the village towards the waterfront, it is easy to overlook. Walking distance from the village core (at the waterfront) is... More

I wish I could rate this restaurant higher, but can't. The staff are lovely and the prices are very reasonable, but the food is just so-so. If you are staying for a long time in Pollonia, then I would recommend going simply to try another place. They also have live music a couple of nights per week, which is nice!

The lamb cutlets were tasteless. My girlfriend was sick after eating shrimps there. Loud live music. You can find better in Polonia

Being from Milos....I have dined in almost all the restaurants!! I can guarantee that in Apanemia the food is fresh and the owners will do their very best to accommodate every need with a smile!! Tasty food...very reasonable prices, lovely environment (sometimes it is even better that it is not by the sea) !! A must in Pollonia!!

This restaurant is a must-visit. Even my greek wife could not believe how tasty the food was. It's off the beach, but that's where you find the best places. The places by the beach don't need to have good food; they just need to be by the beach. The moussaka was amazing (and we've had moussaka once or twice...). The... More
