My fiancé and I stumbled across this restaurant on our way across tuscany. We were greeted with a smile and quick service. Once seated the waiter brought bread and a table of olive oils to try, they were all amazing. The house red wine was also great value for money. I had a simple spaghetti pomodoro and my fiancé had... Wonderful, Tuscan dishes, beautifully cooked and accompanied by superb wines from the region. The service is excellent, clients are made to feel special and welcome. We have been there many times and have never been disappointed.

On our way to Volterra we drove by, and remembered this restaurant because of tripadvisor. We can highly recommend Tre Archi! The owner is a very friendly man, his wife cooks and she does a very good job! Starting with bruschetta, a classic dish. Very nice! After that we both enjoyed the pappardelle with cinghiale, delicious. Maybe the best we've... More

A real find of a restaurant! We were staying at the nearby Antico Borgo il Cardino B&B and were recommended to try this restaurant on our first night. It is a short walk up the hill. Being vegetarian, we tended to stick to Antipasto and Primo with possibly a vegetable or salad as the Secondo course is almost exclusively meat... More

This is a lovely little restaurant - unassuming but well presented home made food. The owner is a lovely man who makes guests feel special. Enjoyed it so much, we went back for lunch the next day.

We ate twice in this lovely friendly restaurant - love the fact you get a choice of 8 different olive oils to dip your bread in at start. Food excellent, owner very friendly and accommodating - both visits very good

When we arrived at Tre Archi after a long day of travel to begin our vacation in Tuscany, we received an awesome welcome and were made to feel right at home. The owner was super-friendly to our 4 grandchildren. Delicious food, including many special and iconic Tuscan dishes. Don't miss carabaccia (soup), antipasta di Lisa, the mousse, the tiny lamb... Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff. My T-bone steak was very good. The selection of local produce for sale looks good and it's nice how they let you taste different olive oils so you can choose the one you like :) Arrivederci

Two brilliant nights were spent in Tre Archi... Franco is the genuine host! He makes the atmosphere and meal an event; while his family make the food sing!!! Definitely worth a visit!!!

Unique wines and delicious homemade fare from Marcella and her husband Franco! From our appetizer to dessert the comfortable and welcoming couple provided personal interest in our food and wine choices. Options of meat, fish or pasta were enjoyed. All were delicious! We will definitely return to this lovely spot with it's delightful proprietor and his wife! Stop by, if... More
