I spent two nights on a business trip to Pembroke Dock. Having been disappointed by the food at The Shipwright on the first night, I thought I'd try somewhere different on the second and chose The Welshman's Arms instead. I'm very pleased that I did. The interior is cosy and inviting. The welcome could not have been warmer, including that... More

I have eaten here 3 times in last 12 months. Food is normal pub fair, huge portions and reasonably priced. If in area, it's one we go for!

What can you say? I've been working away from home for 35 years and stay at digs, b&b's and hotels so I always stay here, when I work in the area. The wecome is just outstanding and the food is always excellent. But wait there's more...... wait till you meet Henry. Now that is a surprise.

I keep a perfect remind about the night I spent in this pub/restaurant. And if I cross Pembroke Dock again, you can be sure that I'm going to spend another one !

Have eaten here a few times, very friendly staff / service. Sunday lunch is well worth what you pay as you get plenty on your plate and a good selection of meats to chose from.

We visited this pub whilst staying at Pembroke Dock Travelodge. The meals are reasonably priced. We ordered steak and ale pie with chips and peas, and it was really nice, and very generous portion size. Our little boy enjoyed it, especially playing with Henry the dog! The owners and staff are friendly. The only thing that could improve it would... More

This is very nice Pub to visit. On the day I went, they had a live band playing. Food was good as well.

Terrific 'port in a storm'. Travel in bleak, cold winter on a night ferry is daunting. But a stop in here for dinner and drinks was just what we needed for an attitude adjustment before the journey. A classic. Henry the Irish Wolfhound struts to complete the picture. Drinks, food reasonably priced and a friendly welcome. We make it a... More
