I know Frankie and Benny is a chain and it seems a little odd reviewing a place where you would have expectations of food standards before you go, however, this little restaurant is different to all the F&Bs I have visited, and it all goes down to the service received. Our little family of 3 have been on the most... More

It was the longest wait for a meal I have ever experienced. When the meal arrived, it left you wondering why it took so long. It wasn't anything special. Unfortunately we ordered a pudding also. Big mistake. That took as long as the meal to arrive.

I took my son here for his birthday with a few of his friends. I had booked for 2pm, but when we turned up and booking wasn't in the diary. After a 20 minute wait we were shown to a table of 6 even though there was 7 of us. The food was ok, the boys enjoyed it, but the... More

After starting off with Garlic bread with cheese topping, I Had a lovely 'Black & Blue Burger meal.. My travelling companion (my Adult Son) Had a lovely chicken bacon & honey wrap.. Service was 'just OK' & our server spoke with such 'A Thick local accent' that we had real difficulty in understanding what he was saying to us 😳
