Very pleasant

Had a very nice meal. Excellent service and very understanding with my 2 year old grandson who wanted to play as well as eat. Food was hot and tasty and will be going again soon

Bistro on the Walk is consistent with good food at a good price. The menu is quite limited but I don't have a problem with that. It's somewhere we go regularly as we always know we are going to like it.

We decided to visit on the way back around the M25 after a day at the Making of Harry Potter Tour. The restaurant is perfectly positioned for this, as it's close to the motorway junction. We managed to park directly outside this very attractive restaurant. We were a party of 4 adults and 4 children and right from our arrival,... More

Popped in here for a two course meal. Service with a smile and any explanation of menu items, such as when it came to desserts, "what are the apricots stuffed with?" The "no thrills" in the title is meant as a compliment. Prices were reasonable so that for 3 of us it came to £50 for 2 courses and soft... More

We called in on off chance for Sunday lunch. Great welcome and great food. Lovely little starters, the main course chicken and lamb shish kebabs were sublime, so tender and tasty, very good, the best we have eaten. The rice was perfect, so light and fluffy. The house wine was good and reasonably priced. What a little GEM !

Really enjoyed our visit. Evening meal 6 old friends. Plenty of choice , particularly starters, great value and can recommend the Argentinean malbec. Lacks frills or a wow but really well cooked food and will go back.

Have visited this restaurant on many occasions and have always found the food to be good and great value, I have an allergy which they cater for very happily. Polite and friendly professional staff. I've visited lunch and evenings and found no difference. The venue is very well decorated exuding calm! I haven't got bored with the menu yet as... More

We've been here a few times and the food and service has always been excellent, and at decent prices too. Portions are enormous so it might be worth asking for half portions for children. I can imagine it could be a bit noisy when full, but that applies everywhere. We'll certainly be back.

Delicious food, fantastic customer service, very good value for money. Had lunch special with mum, £8.95 for two courses. Lovely.
