This is a fantastic cafe with lovely food and a great atmosphere! I like the menu as it offers a variety of food to suit whatever you feel like having. Gluten free options available too. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Interesting menu for something that seems like a café in a park next to a lake ... do not be fooled. Really good quality food both hot and cold, great range of drinks and nice, interesting cakes (who knew that courgette tasted so good in a sponge!).

Had the amazing homemade baked beans on freshly baked bread & creamy oats for breakfast. Loved it. It's so hard to find a 'none' chain restaurant that does a great breakfast, that is Not greasy. Beautiful plates, decor, coffee & views. Pricey but worth it. Have thought about those baked beans ever since😉we will be back. So happy there is... More

Great food and location - perfect for families. They offer gluten free options and source ingredients ethically, using local farm produce where possible. However, although still a favourite place of ours to visit, have noticed recently that although prices are the same - meals are now smaller. We never used to leave still feeling hungry, but that now happens each... More

Lovely Cafe in a beautiful park. Gets very busy on weekends especially with really long queues. I enjoy the healthier options too - lots of variety for lunch and a sweet treat for after.

The Cafe is very nice the only criticism l always have is that when it gets very busy only have one till and it takes forever to get served. Maybe they should think about having a separate till for drinks only. Other than that its very nice.

Thank you so much for your feedback and we do take on board your comments about the till. The problem we have is that if we have two tills in operation then we will be doubling the speed in which the orders are sent through to the kitchen which would result in a bottle-neck, so it's a catch 22. Great choice of cake although the bread pudding cake could have had a bit more flavour. Range and quality of drinks on offer was excellent. Definitely worth a stop off after walking round the aquadrome..

Many thanks for your feedback and I have let the Head Chef know your comment about the bread pudding. Please always feel free to bring something to our attention, we are always happy to offer you an alternative. We make our own bread everyday and when it is stale we make it into bread pudding. However, we do accept that... More
