Nice Sunday lunch

Very good food - yummy burgers, tasty pies and roast dinners with wonderfully large Yorkshire puddings. Delicious! The service was a little slow but was very friendly. Will definitely return.

Appalling and slow service with a mixture of badly dressed waiters/waitresses with grubby towels hanging out their pockets and no one individually attending us. Avocado in salad was black and rotten, by the time they replaced it my friends had all finished their meals. Starter portions were ridiculously small for price £6 for a slither of Brie. Food was bland... More

My friend and I love gathering at Arkle Manor. The food never disappoint, the menu is never the same when we come. Great that you can book a table online. Lovely outlook. Always a good crowd so must be popular

Lovely atmosphere, excellent service and could not fault the food and presentation. The restaurant area was very good and not on top of each other.

We arrived at about 7.15pm and instantly felt the cold. We moved to a table on the mezzanine level and noticed that heaters had been strategically placed so there had obviously been heating problems. I went to the bar and asked if they could turn up the heating as we were cold. They said they thought it was a but... More

Great Sunday lunch, even without a booking. Would recommend booking as very busy. Loved the Yorkies and the beef was cooked just as I like

Really enjoyed our lunch here this week. The food was great and even got to sit in front of the cosy fire as we arrived early. Will be back.

Staff attentive, the pub itself looks beautiful and the meals we chose were great value including the meal served to our fussy eater in the group. Good job Arkle,

Having dined in the Arkle Manor several times over the last few years, I will not be returning there any time soon. The Roast dinner was cold and is best described as a "Yorkshire Pudding with meat". Service was non existent.
