Good value carvery

Good place to go for a cheap carvery meal. Nothing posh but value for money meal.Situated on the outskirts of Plymouth in Plympton. It has free car parking and there is outside trestle tables if you wish to eat outside. The frequently have special offers.

I have no idea why the lord louis is still open. I found myself stuck here for an hour whilst my car was having its MOT down the road so decided to kill some time. I wish i had stayed in the garage waiting room and gone hungry. I wont write an essay about the food but its terrible, believe... More

Not the happiest, friendliest, smiling staff but the food is very good and well priced, especially the carvery. We love going here for little family treats or with grandparents for bigger family celebrations 👍😄 Definitely recommended.

We came last night around 8 the carvery was closing down and felt that we had a choice of leftovers for the full price of the normal Sunday roast.

went Friday night one of the best places around for food and drinks at non ripoff prices the only down side being so popular is families with noisy children but if you like a bit of peace and quiet go after 7pm you will not be disappointed

I visited this pub for the first time in a year, I thought I would give it a try again after a experiencing a inedible meal last year with my family. Sadly the standard of the meal was once again disappointing. I know the carvery is priced very reasonable, but what is the point if it inedible. Before the meal... More

Nice popular carvery pub, known to have a good reputation throughout Plymouth with good reason. Sundays very busy indeed but carvery's available during the week are also sought after. Recommend the gammon, my fave.

If you want Eat All You Can Breakfast and Unlimited Tea and Coffee - this is the place. The coffee tastes a bit stewed after 10.30am but the rest is fine. £5.48 is a fair price.

This is a great pub with really good carvery. Staff are very friendly and its a lovely atmosphere. No dogs inside but they have a nice outdoor seating area if the weather is good.
