Great place!

Love this place with superb food and drinks. Can cater for large parties and great for a quiet drink. Plus massive bonus that i can take my dog into the pub section which is fantastic.

Infrequent visitor to this fabulous establishment. Picked my hard-working & stunning daughter from her latest intern ship-euphemism for slavery & decided to treat her at one of the most memorable gastro-pubs in the area. Fabulous as ever: super food, exquisite staff & to class all the way around. Choice of environments rustic pub end where locals & walkers can sup... More

The place was full for mother's day but this didn't make a single bit of differnce the service and food was amazing as usual. The Gavi wine was really good the crab starter and the super food salad and the fish cake were so tasty. The roast beef was juicy and the horseradish sauce hot. The venison meatballs and beef... I took my wife out to Sunday lunch on Mother's Day(UK). Excellent food, delightful ambience and good service. A retail rarity to get a good lunch on Mother's Day when too many restaurants cram far too many people in and then provide indifferent food.

I've been to The Crabmill now on four different occasions, the food has always been excellent but every time the service has been truely awful. Each time the serving staff look like they just can't be bothered. No smiles, food gets slammed on the table. Unfortunately after giving the place a good few chances we won't be back, it's so... This was our first visit, although we've been aware of it's existence since it became part of the Lovely Pubs Group. We took the opportunity of taking a detour between Surrey and Solihull to pop in for lunch recently. Coincidentally, this pub was listed amongst the '50 Best Gastro Pubs' article in the Independent today, 4th March 2015. At one... More

Came here today for lunch with my wife for a birthday treat(mine) the food was excellent as was the service, such a choice from the menu, Atmosphere and décor fantastic, sadly the toilets let the place down somewhat, and were not up to the same standards, with blocked urinals, and cleanliness not up to what was expected from a pub... We used to live next door and it was always a favourite. Dog friendly - even for our Great Dane - and food always at a high standard. More a gastro pub - great Sunday lunch

I love this place! I love the decor, the low ceilings, the different rooms and the food. We have been going for over 10 years and although we have had the occasional meal where it didn't live up to our expectations we didn't let it put us off from going again. The food is gastro pub food and is always... More

Truly fab restaurant with great menus and excellent food to bring the menus to life. Service is good as is the ambience and thus makes for a great romantic evening. I ALWAYS enjoy eating at The Crabmill - it's just heaven !
