I had passed t his establishment a few times when returning from Rhossili therefore as a treat for my mother living locally decided to give it a try for Easter Sunday with my wife. The staff were attentive and very efficient, being Easter the establishment was fully booked for lunch with many people outside in the gardens enjoying the good... More

Stopped for lunch; gorgeous, rustic, old hotel in the most beautiful setting - service a little slow but worth the wait. Try the Scottish smoked salmon pate starter it's fantastic!

The food here is normally fantastic, however my recent visit left me disappointed. It was not that busy when we visited, however it was Mothering Sunday. The staff are in need of serious customer service training. The staff where very half-assed, no please or thank you's, they where just slapping food in front of us, very disappointing. The lasagne in... More

The King Arthur nestles under the imposing Cefn Bryn. As with many Gower Pubs it comes alive in the evening when trippers and locals rub shoulders

A very wide ranging choice on the menu provided by a friendly team of waiters. The food was good but if anything the service was a little on the slow side possibly down to arriving at a peak evening period.

Superb food - fresh fresh, the trout with chilli was delicious. Welcoming bar with open fires. Cornish lager pricey, but was darn good. Beautiful area, wild ponies on the green.

Called in with friends one lunchtime and the place was nearly full - but a nice table available for us near to a lovely log fire. Lovely warm feel to the place. Good choice of three real ales and extensive menu including specials. I had ham egg and chips and it was large and very tasty. Fabulous setting in mid... More

Beautiful pub/hotel in the middle of Gower Peninsula. Surrounded by lovely countryside, it's well worth visiting this pub. The bar is very welcoming with a roaring real fire on a cold day. Extensive menu with plenty of specials on offer, real ales and lovely wine. The food looks good and tastes good too. It's also a hotel and a wedding... More
