Best value / quality mix in in Cenang

Spent our last evening in Langkawi at Rafii's and wish we had found it earlier. Very nice spot, great service and the food whilst 'basic' was extremely tasty and truly excellent value...2 mains and 4 beers for MYR70. Definitely worth a visit on any budget !

Rafi's is located right off the beach in Cenang. We were a group of 10 people who visited it on a Saturday night. The lighting was just perfect, the service prompt and friendly and we could not believe how cheap the bill was when we asked for it after spending 3 hours at the place. The icing on the cake... Well priced, tasty food and very nice cocktails set right on the beach next to tomato nasi kandar. Friendly and efficient service. Ice cold beer. Dinner and 4 beers and 3 cocktails around RM100. Highly recommended.

There is nothing not to like about Rafi`s, the drinks are best price on the beach, food is great and the staff are very friendly and the setting superb. We ate here 5 out of 8 dinners as it was just so pleasant watching the sunset. Everything we tried was very good, don't let the well used furnishings put you... More

Very friendly beach bar with excellent staff. Lunch time food was tasty - my wife who knows her nosh raved about her Thai curry ("fragrant, light etc."). They also serve a top G&T. Bar staff remembered our favourite tipples, and even showed us how to make the cool water/oil candles (and gave us our own starter kit!). Great view of... More

My 4-star rating doesn't mean that this is a 4-star restaurant. Rafii's is a beach bar-restaurant and should be taken as one. No frills. Toes in the sand, reasonably priced drinks and some food. The service is sometimes slow (friendly though), but why to worry? You are on a holiday. Chill out and relax! Enjoy your drink and the beautiful... More

Food and service are average but it's the best spot to have a drink with your toes in the sand. Plus the 80's 90's "alternative rock" playlist Is fun.

We walked into Rafii on the second evening in Langkawi. We started with beers until Fiza arrived. Post which I only remember fantastic cocktails. And she ensured that we all had cocktails with spirits we liked best. Great finger food too. We made one mistake. We got carried away and forgot to order dinner. And once kitchen closes, they wont... This is a great little bar on Cenang beach. Stumbled across this place as we walked along the beach at sunset one day and were pleasantly surprised, good food, mixed Asian and western menu, we went for chicken patpet, very hot! Good range of drinks and great music, mix of 70/80's rock with chill out. Offers shisha pipes which we... More

Good place to drink. The server was entertaining as well. Recommended for those who likes to chillout and enjoy the company of friends. Unlike Sunba, Rafii is has a quiet environment: and I like it!
