This was the only place to stop in for lunch when we visited FSJ briefly in May of 2011 before moving there. It was alright. They had sandwiches, soups, breakfast and all sorts of other home cooked goods in their display fridge. Lots of locals were here to hang out for their morning/brunch snack. Pretty little downtown Fort St. James! About a 10 minute walk from the Fort Historic Site and ample parking if you want to drive. I visited on a Saturday and the Red Fox Bistro was open for breakfast and lunch with great variety and serving sizes.
