Ice cream is fantastic with an amazing selection. Even sells dairy free ice cream and sorbets for those that are dairy intolerant like my son.. Being a local I call into cream pen Cei daily for my coffee fix. Absolutely with out a doubt the best takeaway coffee this side of Starbucks!

Mal and Trudie are the most lovely helpful couple.... We've been countless times for baguettes, paninis, coffees, milkshakes and ice creams. Yes... The ice creams... Wow! What can I say.... The most amazing homemade flavours... Only criticism is there's too much choice!! Our favourite regular spot in New Quay, absolutely recommend to all!

The last review was totally out of order. CPC has state of the art freezer serving displays which do not require the covers of the old ages. Also the back of the freezers are covered by clear Perspex covers which seal the units completely. They do not use scoops but spatulas which are individual to the ice cream and are... More

Ice cream shop located just off new quay harbour .Dont think it should qualify as a restaurant as there is no option to eat in.Load of variety of flavours but the base ice cream is not top class. Also went past in the night and ice cream is kept in serving fridge with the scoops still in it and no blinds... Wonderful flavours, however don't choose one that is about to run out as you get a small portion! Main downside of the ice creams is that there are far too many yummy flavours to choose from so you have to keep going back, not good for the waistline!!

Stopped for an ice cream on our walk up the hill to the car today. I am a ice cream addict, and the choice was amazing so many interesting and original flavours to choose from. I had the fererro rocher flavour and my husband had caramel and honeycomb and we couldn't believe how delicious they were! I could have eaten... More

Excellent quality, wide range of flavours, and unique too, which is a good thing as it lures you back to try more another day lol. Must try if you visit New Quay.

If you visit New Quay, then you must visit this stunning ice cream parlour. When you enter you are faced with an amazing site of so many flavours. Take your time and choose from Rum and Raise, Turkish Delight, Honey Comb. When you have chosen take a walk along the harbour wall and enjoy.
