We went for Sunday lunch and it was amazing! I had turkey and my mum had lamb, you get a lot of meat, 2 Yorkshire puddings, stuffing and 9 varieties of veg! It was one of the best Sunday lunches we've ever had! The people who run are just so lovely, it feels like you are going to their house... More

First visit of the year, and this place gets better and better. All home cooked, if you are in the area you have to try this. The hosts Jayne and Brian are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Had the fresh home cooked pies, quiche and cakes today, so good I had to take them home with me as... More

very friendly and wonderful home cooked food by Jayne. Brian oozes personality at the front of house and keeps customers entertained. It is small and cosy with a welcome second to none. Jayne's food is just like your gran used to make especially the home baked cakes which just melt in your mouth. A real find !!!!

We ate here for Sunday lunch, I had turkey, boyfriend had lamb. Loads of veg, 7 different types, and roast and new potatoes and 2 Yorkshire puds! Very very nice, and lovely people who run it. Definitely recommend this place, have also had baguettes here and cakes and cheesecakes, all very nice and homemade. We will be back!

Great selection of beautifully home baked cakes and a lovely cup of tea. Only wish we had tried this place at the start of our break as I would have loved to visit again before returning home. Warm, welcoming and friendly service.

Myself and my husband visited Bosuns locker for our Sunday dinner on the 8th of June. I had turkey, my husband had the pork. Beautifully cooked, plenty of fresh vegetables, the best Home made stuffing and gravy I have tasted. My only regret is that I couldn't fit in a pudding. Excellent service and good value for money. Wish I... More

Popped in with a few friends as I'd been told this was the best place to eat in new quay, and we were not disappointed! A warm and friendly welcome awaited us. My friends and I had some salads, of which there was plenty of choice for us dieters! And another had the full brecci. We were all very impressed... More

Stopped for a light lunch, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, wanted to swop a few things on the menu and nothing was to much trouble. Had a lovely fresh salad with warm crusty bread and fresh home cooked ham. The cakes were to die for. A bit pricey but well worth a visit or two

Stopped for coffee and cakes late on a midweek afternoon. The homemade cakes were all great and the selection was very good. The coffee was also very good. They couldn't be more friendly and even treated our dog to a sausage! Absolutely recommended! Will no doubt visit again.
