Read all the reviews and decided to call in for breakfast one day. It's lovely inside and there's a great choice of food on the menu but my bacon sarnie was nothing special and was quite expensive for what it was.The iced chai tea latte was 3/4 of ice so if I went again, I would try something else.Staff were fine,... Popped in as we were looking to grab some lunch and were passing. What a great find! Friendly staff, good coffee and a great selection of food. What we ordered arrived pretty quickly considering how busy it was and was of a very high standard. This place is highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Definitely not the place to go when your on a diet. Tasty sandwiches and delicious cakes. Always busy, even have to wait for a table on some occasions. Friendly staff.

I visited beaches and cream as a birthday surprise with my husband. We had afternoon tea for two, however being non tea drinkers we asked for an alternative drink and were told we couldn't have anything else. We purchased two drinks on top of the £9.95 per person cost of the afternoon tea which I thought was a little unfair.... More

Two coffees and two bacon butties 13 quid. Coffee was nice but bacon butties no better than Morrisons or a seaside sandwich van. Two thin rashers of bacon and a 40p bun? £4.35 each? In the north east, not London! Last time I go there

The place was nearly full. we put our order in and managed to find a table and then a better table became vacant and we went there but it was a while until the table was cleared. the place has a nice atmosphere and seemed to have regular customers a lot... We visited Beaches and Cream with our parents and without exception, our cakes and drinks were excellent (the coffee cake is the best ever). The venue was,as always, very very busy but hats off to the staff who didn't stop for a minute in keeping everything going. I would definitely rcommend and can't wait for our next visit!!

We tend to visit once a month due to the fact we know the jacket potato, cake and ice cream are gluten free. I find the seating shocking, not very used friendly, always having to wait to be seated. The menu to small and not very much choice, coffee quality All in all over priced but for some reason people... More
