Amazing ice cream sundaes

We have been here once before & came back for the ice cream sundaes, which are delicious. The cafe itself has quite a few tables & chairs packed in so moving around can be tricky but as it's so busy they are needed. We luckily got a table straight away as someone was just leaving & had no trouble... read more

I took my nieces and sons to Beaches and Cream for a treat. We sat inside on big comfy chairs and chose the hot chocolate with all the works and strawberry milkshakes. They were both thick and creamy and reasonably priced. The children shared a round of pancakes which were gone in a flash. The staff are friendly and the... More

It doesn't matter that the food was nice, I found all bar one of the staff were quite rude or miserable. If you don't want to work with the public, be smiley, pleasant and courteous, then work somewhere else. The manager (don't know who this would be) needs to address this now.

If you want a MR WHIPPY, goes elsewhere, there no taste at all. I would not not not go again, you have to leave 100 words to describe, how bad it is. I sorry to say it simply awrful even the dog would not eat it.

We called in for a coffee after a lovely coastal walk. Firstly we had to clear our own table, making two trips when the 3-4 waiters and waitresses stood behind the counter clearly able to see my clearing. We then ordered at the counter... I clearly asked for a flat white coffee, green tea and 2 scones. After being told... More

Although the staff are friendly and busy this was my first and last visit. My wife and I ordered tea for her, a glass of milk for me and a fruit scone each. An easy order to fulfil but one which took far longer than expected. My wife asked at the empty counter where our order was and an assistant... More

We only live a short walk away and we did used to go for coffee and a slice of cake, however you know the ice cream sundaes are good when you find yourself having one in the middle of December. The service is attentive and helpful even when they are busy with people coming in from the beach. One of... More

I like this place but I have a few issues with it. Went here for the second time last week. I don't understand why the queue to pay is always so slow; ridiculously slow. Took 10m to process one order! I am disabled and, as I was by myself, the longer it takes, the longer I'm in pain and missing... More
