My partner and myself were booked into this restaurant for an Elvis Tribute with 4 course meal included. When we arrived it took at least 15 minutes for us to be shown to our table. Prior to being seated a lady behind the bar asked our name then impolitely walked away and started serving drinks. We were finally seated but... More

This is one of our regular haunts in Wickford, and although not the cheapest place the food never fails to impress. My particular favourite is the Tandoori Salmon. They do seem to understand what makes a lovely meal out and never let us down.

Having moved to Wickford recently we wanted to try each of the three main Indian restaurants in town. Luckily for us we thoroughly enjoyed all three but found the Blue Chutney to be the best. We visited on a midweek night, the staff were attentive but not intrusive. The decor is nice although if it had been very busy I... More

Having used this restaurant for takeaways for years we have seen a steady decline which culminated in our final order in March where the order was wrong and the bits that were correct tasted very bad. Plenty of other options locally to try

A table for 10 people that was booked some time ago resulted in 10 people arriving but with only room for 9 of us at the table. We asked for another chair but was told all seats were reserved, and there were no other seats available. We ended up being squeezed onto a bench seat until later on in the... More
