Great food with self service

We eat here on a couple of occasions we like the freshly prepared food and the ease in which to make the selection. On one lunchtime when it was hot we enjoyed being sprayed with a fine miss of water to keep us cool. A must visit when in Sanlucar

We had read many a review about this being "the best" place to eat in Sanlucar... so we tried it. To be honest, I've experienced much better since we've been here. Firstly the only table available was one next to a drain - the smell was not pleasant, so we moved inside & waited (amongst many others) for a decent... More

We ate their speciality here which was the tortilla boquerones and some prawns. The prawns were very expensive. 4 prawns for 7 euro is outrageous. Everyone around us seemed to be eating the same as us. The smell was a lot of fried food and I didn't see or smell anything that looked really good. All the food looked quite... More

Excellent tapas and mostly excellent prices. Ask the price of each tapa or point to it on the menu before ordering. Some fish/seafood is very expensive but most dishes are good value.

Meal for two during the evening, we ordered 5-6 tapas between 2 of us and the standouts for us were the deep fried shrimp fritters, the lamb chops on skewers, and the superb large local prawn’s .ans. We walked in off the street not having booked, and were warmly greeted and well looked after. Service was rapid and we sat... More

A tapa of said tortillitas was 3 euros and you got two - absolutely delicious concoction of light batter which gathers the little shrimps in it (plus some parsley and garlic). Worth the trip.

There reviews are true. Good place for a manzanilla and a tortilla de camarones. Also tried the fried prawn wrapped in eggplant.

We have been here a number of times before and it is still as good as ever. We like to get a bottle of Solear manzanilla (dry sherry served cold) and then sit outside "people watching" whilst we take our time having different tapas. They are all good but the tortilla de camarones (prawns dish) is the best we have... More

We knew the reputation of this place when we went to Sanlucar and were keen to try it but on both the Saturday night and the Sunday afternoon it was absolutely mobbed so we we went to other places in the square as an easier option. However on the Monday it was much quieter so we gave it a try.... More

On the main square, eat in our out, the ultimate Sanlucar tapas bar. It's deservedly popular, it's cheap, it's excellent. Staff are busy but still attentive. Salmorejo, tortillas de cameron, try anything, you will not regret it. Don't miss it.
