superb meal, let down by desert

The restaurant claims to serve superb fish and they do. We were shown the catchn of the day and they looked superb. We chose the 3 course menu and enjoyed excellent fish soup and fish carpaccio for starters, loup in lemon which taste of the sea and was extremely fresh, calamares in a cream sauce... read more

Having arrived in town very late one night on a road trip this was the only restaurant we found open and what a blessing that turned out to be! I have to admit that even at this late hour mid-week the main indoor restaurant area was full and with the fine warm evening we dined outside on the front terrace... More

Back from Australia to celebrate my birthday here again. Maybe new owners, but the food and wine were again excellent. I wonder if I can get a season ticket? Carte d'abonnement? Seriously, a reliable location for an important celebration, good service, good surroundings.

We had a wonderful family lunch here in mid September. The restaurant is located near the beach but without a view, however, the gorgeous tree on the terrace provided plenty of ambiance. We were served some lovely ceviche before the meal, which included a wonderful fish carpaccio and a perfectly seared tuna. I would define the food as classical French... More

Between the 5 of us we tried almost all the dishes from the 28 Euro menu & all 3 courses were excellent. Staff were friendly & helpful; a lovely evening.

We had a wonderful 3 course meal here in April 2013, so eagerly visited again this year. We discovered new owners and a new menu, but need not have worried. All courses were most enjoyable. We did wait quite some time and had to ask several staff before receiving any water, but that could be a once off. The outdoor... More

Ate here twice during our recent stay. The food was superb. In particular the fillet steak was divine, excellent wine and good service. I would come back here again. Although if you speak limited French the menu can be a bit daunting.

A very good menu with plenty to choose from - all high quality, well cooked and certainly showing off the best the region has to offer. Service was excellent and having not been for a few years it was good to see the restaurant going so well. Different from our first visit but well worth it. Highly recommended.

Great for large families and I think their is a child's menue also. have been going for the last few years and I suspect that they are moving into more fresh fish this year which is great having...
