Lovely place with clean and lovely rooms (quite small), very well located and pleasant staff. Quite a mess with their reservations, so make sure your room is booked and ready before getting there as you may have a bad surprise. But their smile and eagerness to fix things does make you forget about the troubles...

We have friends who live down the street from the Pavillon Bleu, and we never miss an opportunity to go to this wonderful restaurant (also hotel). Atmosphere is wonderful, service always very pleasant, and the quality/price just perfect. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! From the room, the food to their warm service! We have stayed in this hotel for one night, the room was very lovely and clean. There was a skylight in the roof that allowed us to look up at the stars at nignt. That was amazing! We also had a lunch in the restaurant. The fish menu... More

A pleasant place. Good set menu for lunch. The fish was very fresh. The pasta dish was huge as were the salads.

It was the first visit to Cap Ferret and I was really impressed by the beauty of this area. We stopped there for lunch and - in addition to the normal menu - there were a couple of fixed price menus (21 and 28 Euros respectively) that are always attractive to spare bad surprises. We got very fresh oysters -... More

We ate here twice while we stayed in Cap Ferret and couldn't fault it. Their 21 euro set menu was great value for money. Starters include oysters, snails and I had a very good fish soup. Mains include steak, mussels and a fish dish/"catch-of-the-day" that was truly excellent. Choose from about 5 starters, 5 mains and 5 desserts. All for... More

Restaurant to be recommended - great quality, great presentation, friendly staff. The restaurant is the same as the hotel, i.e. there are few rooms on the first floor. Whereas I would certainly recommend the restaurant, the rooms are quite small and basic, and there is a lot of noise at night as you are right on the corner of two... More

We came to this hotel at very short notice. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nicely furnished, all be it quite simple. The hotel is 50m from the dunes and great for surfers. The breakfast is good with pastries and fruit. All in all this is a good find.
