I had lunch here, I ordered the moussaka, also a side of vegetable greens, firstly the moussaka was the smallest piece. It was also very very dry & very salty. It was thrown on the plate with 2 large pieces of bread & the tiniest side salad. I think the bread was put on the plate to make it look... More

We selected the $48.00 per head Greek banquet and added the Greek grilled beef burgers for an extra $2.00 per head. it was immediately noticeable that the first dish, the assorted dips and the warm and oiled flat bread, was of a very high quality. The dishes kept coming. The stand out for me was the roasted lamb shoulder. The... More

A couple of years ago I had a meal along with 5 other family members at this restaurant. The food was Greek and none of us had any idea what to order. The waiter helped us and it was just the best. The atmosphere was terrific and we ended up being last to leave and downing a few Greek liqueurs... More

It was the "slow cooked lamb" that got my attention and that of the two men in our group, inside it was lively but not noisy and people were obviously enjoying the food and themselves. Our group choose two lamb dishes (lamb souvlaki and lemon lamb) but the kid goat dish was chosen by the two men. The lamb in... More

Authentic Greek cooking at it's best, the grilled beef sausages and the lemon lamb was simply delicious. A lot of the local Greek community use this restaurant so that tells you how good a place it is, lovely staff too.

Fantastic food, Greek done well, traditional but not boring. Good value, I go every so often and always have a great time. It's small and generally has many Greek patrons, a good sign!

We planned to have dinner there, but thought of ordering a variety of Small Plates instead. It was a brilliant idea. My favourite ones are the calamari (from the menu) and the anchovies (from the special menu board). Another good thing about this place is that we didn't have to book on a Friday night.

We have been coming here for 13 years now, for special occasions. The food is hearty and delicious, the service friendly yet unobtrusive. Depending on the type of dining experience we want, we book for different times. Earlier in the evening means a quieter meal, later is noisier and more raucous. There is an upstairs section that caters to larger... More

This is a fabulous restaurant. They serve authentic and delicious Greek food and service is professional, warm and genuine. You can tell that they love what they do and they have been do it for a long time. The restaurant is located in a King St, Newtown like location in Melbourne and it's buzzing and very cool place to go... More
