Declicious lunch!

We brought 20 people for lunch with 30 minutes notice and had one of the best meals we had all trip, throughout Italy. The soups were absolutely amazing, the grilled meat plate delicious and we had every single one of the desserts. People from our group went back for dinner and also loved it.

We visited this restaurant in small but beautiful Radicofani after climbing all over the Rocca which has the best views right across the val d'orcia you could hope to find. You could see your enemies approaching from all sides and they would be exhausted by the time they had climbed up to you! Fascinating place. Anyway, we were ready for... More

There's not many places to eat in Radicofani so if you if you enjoy your food, it's best to just see the castle and appreciate the views but go somewhere else to eat! We were quite excited on first sight of this little restaurant, it was packed with locals which we thought was a good sign. Unfortunately, the food and... More

We went to this restaurant while we were staying in Radicofani. It was hte night before the Mille Miglia was going to pass through Radicofani - there was a lot of excitement there, a number of people who were staying overnight to watch the 1000 miglia the next day as well. When we went in, although, the inside tables were... More

Cheap prices and HUGE amount of homemade-like food. Maybe it's not the most refined place to have a dinner, but here you can easily fill your belly with a lot of italian delicacies.

Great and amazing food. Relaxed family friendly atmosphere. Very nice staff (even to foreigners). Locals definitely eat here. Be sure to take the quick walk to the scenic overlook by the church (catch that at dusk -- at a glance the fields of Tuscany can be mistaken for an ocean).

Ate here in August with Italian family, as soon as we had the menu in hand the lady jumped on us rolling out a long, long list of dishes of course we couldn't remember them all so we were quiet embarrassed and asked for time. In a group of nine one of us waited ten minutes more for their meal and... More

If you want to relish local specialties (try their pasta con cinghiale), this is the place to go. The food is typical of the area, the wines are delicious and the staff efficient and friendly. The place is filled with locals, which is a good indication. It is certainly a place to recommend...

The food is plentiful, good, and reasonably priced. The house red wine is completely drinkable and, at €3.50 for 375 cl., a heck of a deal. The staff are helpful and good natured, even when they’re run off their feet by Italian bicyclists and German motorcyclists, as they were during my recent visit. The walls are decorated with classic motor... More
