we are visiting Wales with a tour group from Maryland. Knowing we had a "night off" on the 22nd of October, I did some research before we left the USA and found Paysanne nearby our hotel with outstanding reviews. If you want to stop reading here, I completely agree. a bit longer story was that they don't have Open Table,... More

First visit to this restaurant tonight with family - will definitely not be the last.  Quaint, cosy restaurant with a lovely atmosphere.  Fantastic food, excellent service and friendly staff, Cai the owner was very welcoming and professional -  thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The restaurant should expand.

We used to visit Paysanne on a very regular basis but, like everything, sometimes you get bored and venture off to try something different. However, six of us decided to revisit and are very glad we did. The food was always good and had not declined in any way - everything was fresh and tasty and we all enjoyed each... More

We have been coming to Llandudno for several years now and dined in some excellent restaurants there. This year, however, we decided to extend our horizons a little. Somebody had mentioned the Quays Hotel and it was whilst researching this that I stumbled upon Paysanne. I showed the two to my wife and she plumped for Paysanne. As you know... More

Went here for dinner last week and could not fault anything yet again It's always a treat to visit here and there is always a refreshing welcome from Kai The food menu and the specials that are on offer are enough to please any palate. The wine menu offers enough to compliment any dish and this time I chose the... More

I came here with my parents who live nearby and have wanted to take me here for a while. The service from the maitre d was excellent, with a twist of theatre - not too obtrusive. Just right. Menu was varied and full of local produce, and the wine list looked good too. I settled on the house red, just... More

We went to Paysanne after abandoning another restaurant that we weren't keen on staying at. Fantastically they managed to accommodate us on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was comfortable and quite suited to the restaurant, the service was enthusiastic and of a higher level than what we normally get in the area. The wine list was also very well chosen.... More
