Only had a chance to stay for a drink or two, but thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Owners were very friendly and beer well cellared. Lovely whippet to make my Yorkshire wife happy!

Stayed in Malham for two nights and ate in the Buck Inn on the first night as a party of four. The pub itself is very old and decorated/furnished in keeping with the building. There are a selection of real ales and some lagers to drink and the prices are ok. However, the food is overpriced. I ordered vegetable lasagne... More

We used this Inn whilst stopping at the Beck Hall B&B in the village. The menu had a good variety of different foods. It's not the cheapest place we've ever eaten in but our dinners were truly excellent and well worth the little bit of extra cost. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you're in the village / surrounding... More

I visited malham for the weekend and emailed the restaurant ahead of my visit to check if they would cater for a vegan diet as I couldn't see anything on the menu. They prepared a delicious veg curry just for me. Very impressed and it was delicious. Cannot fault the service or the food. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Very small portions of mediocre food, the prices are shocking - over £5 for a bowl of soup! Kids meals (typical chicken nuggets etc) at £7 - we went away still hungry and very disappointed. Unfortunately we won't return.

Lovely and friendly with nice beer but very over priced for what they serve food wise. It's up market prices for average food. It's good if your just stopping off for a pint

Popped in here for lunch when we were visiting Malham. Dark and Dingy inside and the food was overpriced, the only good value for money meal was the pie and chips which we brought seperately as it was alot cheaper than other options.

Had dinner here during an overnight in Malham. Loved that a board told where everything was sourced from. Hubby had a rabbit pie shot by a local man. Food portions were huge! Beer was good. Prices did seem spendy for being such a remote location.

Have eaten at the Buck a few times when visiting Malham. Had lunch again recently on a lovely hot Saturday afternoon. Their small garden at the rear of the pub was an ideal location. I had their fish and chips and it was amazingly good. I had not expected the totally fresh fish and real home cooked chips that were... More
