Charming Pub

Charming old pub in centre of Malham with car parking. Called last evening and the pub was busy but plenty of staff buzzing about. Large sectional of ales to choose from. Found a table for the 4 of us and the menu was varied and reasonable priced with the usual specials board. Food served very... read more

Went here a few times whilst staying in Malham and each time the staff were very friendly. The food was of a very high quality & it was a lovely setting in the pub with great atmosphere.

We were so looking forward to visiting the lister arms again, we ate here 3 times on our last visit to Malham in April. We went for Sunday lunch, we so much enjoyed the roast beef last time. The only roast left was pork, so I had the pork and my husband the steak and kidney pie. The roast pork... More

Great beers and a nice pub. It was a shame our food wasn't up to scratch. We both ordered the Steak and Ale pie which were both luke warm at best, The Gravy was not very impressive either (Bisto probably)

We had a fantastic evening here. It was warm, welcoming and friendly. The food was really good, and the puddings were AMAZING! I would highly recommend this as place to go for dinner in Malham!

We had researched the best pubs in the Malham area as we were meeting a friend for lunch and we were not disappointed by the meal that we had. We were lucky enough to be able to sit outdoors as it was a warm day and the food was brought to us not long after our order. All six of... More

The perfect place to head for a Sunday roast after a walk around the cove at Malham. Lovely setting, cosy inside and very efficient staff. The food was superb, best beef roast I've had in years, the sticky toffee pudding is a must too. Generous portions for reasonable price. A must visit if you're in the area!

Had a lovely nights stay here, room a bit on the small side, but very clean and well decorated, great attention to detail with real milk in a little thermos and homemade biscuits with the tea and coffee making facilities. Food in the bar was of a really good quality and breakfast was exceptional, the only small niggle being not... More

The Lister Arms has been one of my favourite pubs for 30 years but I only visit once a year. Perhaps my expectation were too high. We had taken the granddaughter of 5 to see the Cove janet's Foss etc, and after a tiring day stopped at Listers for an early meal (around 5). It has been re-furbished since my... More
