Traditional Taverne - nice Fish dishes and Service. Low prices. Better reserve before because only limited number of seats on the terrace directly in front of the beach.

The food was ok, had moussaka and swordfish. We tried ordering gyros since we read it was good here, but he said the only served it at night. The waitor, and old man didnt smile, worked slow, was sitting whit his friends and talking all the meal and after he gave us the bill.

We would have liked to eat octopus on grill with my daughter. It was correct. But my husband would have liked to eat gyros ( in Greece!!!), and the owner said that it wasn't, because he had got no pita. It was very interesting...

We dined here one evening in some trepidation, as we were the only ones in. However our fears were unfounded. Our host was friendly and genial. We both had the same - cheese pies followed by pork souvlaki. The cheese pies were very filling, you got 4 and they were puff pastry, not filo. A portion between us may have... More

Calamari and octopus are fab. As are the lamb chops. Good prices and great location. Yannis is a fisherman and you eat what he catches.

Great place! The grilled squid is to die for. The host is charming, the food is great, and it's inexpensive. Right on the beach it's the perfect place for lunch.

Small authentic restaurant with a true local kitchen. Excellent fresh fish, shrimps, etc… Simple, very good, not expensive. Obliging, gracious host. The Best moussaka in Messonghi. Definitely recommended.

This was a charming, authentically Greek no-nonsense restaurant, with a friendly family-run atmosphere. The prices were very reasonable, cheaper than other restaurants around, and it has a nice view along the jetty. We had kalamari, pork souvlaki, beef steak (like a rib steak). The meat was very disappointing. The beef was overcooked and tough to the point where it would... More
