Orient Beach definitely one of the most beautiful beaches and Palm Beach the most zennn place to catch a tan, drink a great cocktail and have either a nice snack or classy lunch. Service with a smile, menu French-Caribbean, prices quality ratio reasonable compared to some of the tourist traps on the rest of the beach where the prices tend... More

I'm not sure why other people wrote the food was pricey...Palm beach offered free chairs with the purchase of a lunch which is a great deal ! My husband and I ate some of our cheapest lunches here, about 25 euros (33 dollars) for food excluding our alcoholic beverages. We didn't mind paying that as we are on a budget... More

We got back from St. Martin not quite a week ago, and out of all the many wonderful things we did on our trip, Palm Beach at Orient Bay is the one place we most wistfully pine after. "Just think, this time last week we were napping on Orient Beach...sigh." For starters, it is pricey. And everything is in Euros,... More

Overall we had a great experience eating here at the palm beach restaurant on Orient Bay. The waiters were friendly and the food was excellent. I ordered the lunch specials of Rib Eye and Risotto both one of our best meals of our trip. They offered us chairs on the beach afterwards and it was great. The only negative would... More

First trip to St. Maarten went to Orient Beach twice. Walk the entire beach, this was the most peaceful and least crowded. Beach service was great. Had lunch upstairs overlooking the water. Great atmosphere, food was great, highly recommend the tuna tartare.

The Palm Beach Lounge was something we stumbled upon as we traveled to Orient Beach. The beach is breathtaking and for $10 you can relax in a beach chair with umbrella. Drinks and service were great. Best of all it was a quiet getaway from the crowds. Clothing seemed to be worn on this side but as you walked the... More

We went with friends and, then, another time, alone. Spent the afternoon on the beach using their chairs and beach service (free with lunch). Lunch: Lobster and citrus salad (skip it), seared tuna (yum), tuna tartare (excellent), seafood burger (ample and delicious). Nice staff, although the second time we were there, service was harried. If you don't mind pouring your... More

Had a great day of beaching, drinks and food at Palm Beach. Only downside was the price of the food as it was a bit on the expensive side for simple burgers and beach food. Food was very good regardless. Good thing was that it was much quieter than the rest of Orient Beach. Overall, a good place to visit... More

on the West end of this popular beach Palm Beach features both "on the beach" and restaurant dining for lunch (reports say it is more of a night club atmosphere at night) outstanding menu and service and food does not disappoint. Go in AM and spend the day on this lovely beach.
