We visit Soljans on a regular basis and always get great value for money. The service is great and the wait staff are friendly. I always go for the specials on visits which I have always been wowed! My fave was a smoked salmon on pickled cucumber dish. Truely divine. Well done Soljans, see you again soon!

The tasting room out front is good, but I went inside with a group of six for lunch, thinking that they would take their food just as seriously. But the food is just average café food at best, not the work of chefs as their website and menu would have you believe. We ordered a range of meals, all were... More

Kdoubleu, I find your review disapointing in that you did not like anything on our well proven and popular menu. You give no indication of what you may have had, so it renders your comments a little meaningless. Was what you had too big, small, too hot too cold or may be it was too spicey or too bland ?.I... We recently enjoyed a very happy and leisurely mid-week lunch at Soljan's Estate. The premises are lovely, the staff very pleasant and attentive, but not intrusive, and the food (good Winter lunch-time fare) very tasty, too. The Sauvignon Blanc we chose was enjoyed by all. In the immortal words of Arnie, "We WILL be back!"

I've been here twice in the last 3 months, both on busy weekends and the food and service was awesome both times. Sitting outside on the patio on a sunny winter afternoon is lovely. The wine is great and you can always do a wine tasting in the cellar next door before you decide what to have with lunch. An... More

We were lucky that our private tour took us to the Soljans Estate. The wine we tried (and bought) was excellent. Better still this was the place we were scheduled to have lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and of course the wine. $-5 main dishes to choose from. The salads are great as were the "farm" dishes. Very relaxed... More

Chinapjs, It was great that your tour brought you to our winery and that you enjoyed both the food and of course our wines. I liked your comment on the Relaxed and unrushed service, that is what we like to offer and when one adds that to very good quality food and wine, life could not be better. We hope... More
