Our ( husband and I )first visit was with 2 friends while we took 2 Porsches for a test drive on a Saturday. We didn't book for lunch, just turned up. The place was busy but we got a table quickly. The service was friendly, quick, and the food was great. We had the squid salad, the duck , with... More

Our group of "Wicked Women" met for lunch recently. We sat out under the awning. It was a lovely sunny day and because we had not seen each other for a while lots of gossip was going on! We were not rushed to order and enjoyed a couple of glasses of Soljans good savvy pre lunch. We ordered the set... More

What a pleasure it is to read your comments and I do appreciate them. When we have groups like the "Wicked Women" we realise that it will be a time to relax and chat and you should not be in hurried. I am pleased you enjoyed the set menu which is gererally best for groups, so a venue with ambience,... More

I recently attended a wedding here with my partner and was very disappointed with the service from the moment we arrived. For example, we asked for a drink when we arrived and were told "drinks only for family". I informed the waitress that we were family & was then told "well I have no idea who anyone is" and subsequently... More

I was very disapointed to read your review but make no excuses. If any of my staff were anything but friendly and helpful to you at all times, I apologise. Under no circumstances do I condone lack of respect to any of our guests and I am therefore quite shocked at your comments. On some occations, like this wedding, we... More

I was fortunate enough to experience your restaurant for lunch recently. What better way to catch up with my parents, than over a lovely glass or two of wine and your exciting lunch menu. I loved the duck!

The only reason that I haven't given this a 2 star rating is that we were there as part of a large group and so had a set menu. Hopefully the full menu is more interesting.

... The set menu was 'unexciting' at best. It started with mini loaves of bread with oil and balsamic vinegar. Fairly nondescript and not what... More

I thank you very much for posting the review even though it is critical. We appreciate reviews both good and not so good, we pat ourselves on the back with some, and look closely at where we may have gone wrong on others and make sure the team take on board the comments made. Lovely Sunday lunch in an excellent winery. Great service and great food. I had a squid salad and some pepper prawns for started. A wine taster of 3 excellent reds for $10.50

It is always good to read reviews and I thank you for taking the time to do so. I am pleased to read that you enjoyed the Taste a Trio of Reds, this is very popular and a great way for guests to try a number of wines over their meal. Very glad you enjoyed the Soljan experience. Regards Tony More

We stopped for a spur of the moment lunch here and were pleasantly surprised. The setting was beautiful - we looked out into the gardens and vines - and the service was good. The food was nice and as expected from a vineyard the wine selection was also good.Good gift selection too.

Took the family here for a birthday lunch celebration. Food was fantastic and wine was great. Only down side was the noise. Needs some soft furnishings to absorb the noise of people talking. Will certainly be going back.
