Great culinary experience

Located in the heart of Catalunya, Osona, this one-star Michelin restaurant serves high quality food based on traditional Catalan cuisine. The atmosphere, in a remodeled old Catalan Masia is great, and the service too. Expensive, but worth a visit!

This was out first experience in a Michelin-star restaurant, and we don't regret it at all. Everything was so nice and tasty. Check this post for a graphical experience of the "Un passeig per Catalunya" menu: http://wp.me/p4JlOy-4T

This is a one-star Michelin restaurant that features creative cuisine disguised as traditional, 60-year old, menus. Some of the ingredients may have been used a half century ago, but the over emphasis on too sweet elements, the distractingly whimsical forms, and the lack of recognizable ingredients made the meal tiring. I'm sure the chef has fun and is recognized for... More

Is an almost 3 hrs fine dining lunch, they serve very good food. One of the best Michelin star restaurant we even visited. Staff are very informative and knowledgable in food they served.

Each course was well prepared, creative, with spectacular flavors. The menu features Catalania dishes and emphasizes local ingredients. From the appetizer, to the main course, to the after-dinner sweets, each item was well prepared and tasted absolutely superb. The wait staff was friendly and very helpful. The suggestion for selection of the local wine was perfect. Portions were large. The... More

We went to Can Jubany to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and we had an amazing experience. First, they served some appetizers which were wonderful and then we shared some rice, which was perfectly cooked. I really recommend the experience, and despite it might be an expensive on, it is worth it to try it at least once!

We had a superb experience in Can Jubany. Practically flawless, Service was top notch. The best of all restaurants with one star we've been to and better than the attention we got at el Celler last time we visited a couple of months ago. They were many, very kind and very professional, and the setting is fantastic. They rebuild this... More

Each dish is a creation where the ingredients are combined in a sensory harmony of smells, colors, flavors and textures. In the garden, don't miss the showcase of kitchens in operation, a spectacle.

I have been to this restaurant several times and I can proudly say that he is one of the most talented and honest chefs I have met in my life. He is so down to earth and humble that makes you appreciate even more his food. The restaurant is located about 40 minutes from Barcelona, in a cute country side... More
