Lovely food -- strange decor.

An Indian Restaurant inside a converted Welsh chapel. Nothing quite prepares you for the sight when you step inside. Had a family meal here in july. Thought the food was very nice, definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in the area. Recommend the chicken tikka pizza with keema base. Kitchen is spotless and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended !!

The Prince of Bengal is an Indian restaurant converted from an old disused Welsh Chapel on the main street in Tonypandy. Upon entry I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendliness of all the staff. I was there with many family members and friends to celebrate the 80th birthday of a dear uncle. We were all... More

Really nice food and amazing staff. It's a little bit big for the town so it makes it seem quiet but cracking service well recommend

Went there with my husband, daughter and her partner just before Xmas, it was a really nice meal, could not fault the quality of the food, good service and polite and friendly staff. The only reason I dropped off one star was, the internet went down and they had to take our orders again manually, and a couple of dishes... More

This evening we had what can only be described as one of the worst Indian takeaways I have ever had!!! Oily, taste less and undercooked meat. Not one I would recommend!
