My husband and I had dinner in Mulberry's to mark our wedding anniversary while visiting Barna. This was the best food we had during our whole trip. (And we had some excellent dining along the way). Anne Marie and the staff took such good care of us. The restaurant is beautiful. Wonderful decor. The food was amazing. The freshest seafood... More

I live in Hong Kong and my wife is Chinese. She is constantly amazed at how we Westerners spoil fantastic fish by frying it. Well the food here shut her up! The night we ate they had Gurnard a fish I knew from days of fishing with my dad. It is an ugly fish but most pro sea fisherman consider... More

We had no booking but were accommodated nonetheless. The food and service were very good, the restaurant itself was very nice, and we'd be happy to go back next time we're in the area. Staff were helpful and friendly which is important to us when trying to dine with a baby in buggy.

We dined here last Saturday night as a party of eight. Our experience was only average, it was disappointing as myself and my girlfriend brought visitors with us and we had recommended the place. I must say the food was lovely but the service let it down. The staff were friendly but we were waiting a long time for each... More

We brought some friends here for dinner on Saturday night. The food was very tasty but the service was very slow. Tables who were sat down after us were finished before us. Waited almost an hour for starters. The staff were nice but need further training on serving & clearing tables, the kept crossing over us to pick up and... More

This place came highly recommended by our nearby B&B and judging by the awards on the wall when you enter the restaurant - she is not the only person who likes Mulberry's. The place was very busy, yet the service we received was first class. It was uncomfortably warm in the restaurant with no open windows or air-conditioner. My daughter... More

We went here for a family meal a while ago and had a lovely meal one evening. Varied menu with something for every one on it and the wine was tasty. In Barna which is a cute village not too far from Galway City, Ireland.

I have visited Mulberry's twice in the last two years, once with small children for an evening meal and once to get food for take out. Because of the nature of these visits I don't think I can accurately assess the quality of the restaurant but here is my experience. The presentation and decor is fresh and clean with a... More
