Excellent all round

This is a beautiful setting, especially seated outside on a balmy summers evening. The food was stunning, the service great, the knowledge of English good, so everything on the menu was explained and the wine service was also very good. Ok, its a little on the expensive side, but it is really... read more

The location at a roundabout is a bit awkward, the terrasse is nice - but for the rest I wasn't convinced much - supposed to be seasonal cooking they served fish with a bouillon and beans, and the lamb was quite basic, cheese was dry and sweaty, probabaly cut from a good while already - the staff was friendly at... This restaurant is slightly difficult to find as all GPS seem not be able to locate the spot. The terrace offers a beautiful view on vineyards all around. The service was outstanding. We received all necessary explanations about the food and accompanying wines. Clearly, the staff is top, efficient and knows its job. We loved the food. It was extremely... More

This is the second time i have been to this restaurant and they never cease to amaze me. Besides the location which is picturesque amongst vineyards and mountains, the food is locally sourced, creative and delicious. However the real gem of this place is Jean-Phillipe who is one of the most knowledgeable sommeliers of the region. Once our table had... More

We had a lovely Sunday lunch, June14th, with great service from very attentive staff. We choose the three course option, which had choices for each course , a cheese course was available for a little extra, but with addition of aperitifs and then a pre starter, it was more than enough. We noted that during the week at lunchtime it... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our THREE meals with 3 different groups of friends. EVERYONE put this restaurant on their "repeat list". We were introduced to this place several years ago by our "local" French friends. It provides a consistently wonderful dinning experience!

One of the best overall dining experiences of our week. Excellent and abundant food, start to finish, in a sophisticatedly charming setting. Some English spoken, and friendly staff as long as you are adaptable (which you must be if you're traveling here, right?!). Highly recommend.

Recommended by the winery we were visiting, this beautiful roadside restaurant (with amazing gardens to eat in), was quite a surprise. A must if you are in the area. The food was not only beautiful to look at, but tasted amazing. And the setting was casual and beautiful in the middle of a vineyard.

We went for lunch in this place and I'm sure all of us keep sweet memories of this unforgettable experience. Location is a bit outside Cairanne and when we arrived at 13.00hrs all parking spots were taken, but once this was solved we entered a world of great food with excellent service in a perfect ambience. The wines are all... More
