A local couple

Good honest food at prices that are not too bad. Good service. BYO corkage, high for non regulars. Very busy during holiday period, where locals probably give it a miss.

We've eaten at Pizza Doh several times and have enjoyed different meals each time. The pizzas are as good as you'll get anywhere - eat in or takeaway. Last time, we both had pasta dishes. I had the carbonara and it was delicious. The only downside is drinks are at the expensive end but not over the top.

I would have enjoyed this dining experience more if the staff had been more accommodating with my request of cooking the salmon on my pizza instead of serving it cold on top. I realise that this is how they prefer to serve it in this restaurant but I'm the one eating it. It is not difficult or time consuming to... More

I went here for dinner with my parents as we were staying up the road. I ordered the 'special' which was a pumpkin risotto, one of the very few vegetarian meals on the menu. Not only was it incredibly bland, but I found bacon in it. The chef/owner did remake it for me which was really good, however he was... More

we had a pizza for dinner. The pizza was ok but nothing to write home about: too much tin tomato and cheese and would have loved a bit more herbs and oomph. The sides were average. Do not ask for bruschetta, it is just toasted bread with a sliced tomato and half a spoon of pesto. The ginger beer was... More

Visited here last night for a light meal after a recommendation and we were not disappointed. I had a very tasty risotto and my partner had biggest plate of mussels ive seen which he said were very tasty. The front of the shop is for takeaways, the rear was surprisingly cosy for a small shopping strip restaurant . Wines were... More

6 of us dined here last night and thoroughly enjoyed the deliciously prepared fresh local seafood. The Gorgonzola stuffed figs wrapped with prosciutto and the whole flounder were outstanding. Highly recommended.

We shot thru here on the way back to Melbourne airport and grabbed two pizzas: a 'seafood' and a 'lamb'. Lamb wasn't my choice but it was surprisingly good. Seems a good independent operation so don't expect the average chain store prepacked ingredients, it is all clearly very fresh - even in the holiday period. Pricing is 'strong' but it... More

I was down the beach over summer and needed to get some take away for dinner. On ordering 3 family pizzas a total of $99 thats $33 each and becsuse it was a public holiday it was an extra 15%. I dont care what food costs as long as its quality..unfortunately this pizza is no difference to a dominos pizza... More

Processed crap.... I don,t think so! Only three items on the entire pizza menu are bought in processed. The tomato sauce, pineapple and the capsicum everything else is prepared on site. Sounds like 3 family size pizzas... Enough pizza to feed at least 6 hungry people... More
