Had a nightmare tracking this hotel down (we couldn't get a taxi as we had a party member in a wheelchair and we phoned but the staff's English wasn't up to explaining to us how to get there although we were only a few blocks away; and even when we got to the building it was hard to find the... One of the most memorable, visually gorgeous presentations of sashimi and Japanese specialties served with perfection. I've had no better Japanese restaurant experience in forty years of traveling.

The omakase menu was great and the roasted fish was impeccable. Could not get over the quality of ingredients and wine for this area of Tokyo at this price. Go later and have the restaurant to yourself.

I have been previously for dinner and the experience was really good. This time I went for lunch and is the perfect balance for a great Japanese experience and amazing view without the expensive prices of the dinner. The staff is the best!!!

I came here for dinner during my business trip, I tried the Yuu dinner Set menu, I really like most of the dish, and every dish is presented beautifully, it's like eating an art piece, and you got the nicest view of Tokyo, it is really a must try experience!

I have to say that I was pretty disappointed and expected a lot more for the price. Since I am living in Tokyo at the moment I got the possibility to try many different restaurants. Unfortunately, this one was the worst and most expensive. We took the menu and the dishes were just not well seasoned, the balance of every... More

The hotel is beautiful, the restaurant is spectacular the views amazing, the service impeccable but the food was a bitter disappointment, not because its expensive, it is, not because it isn't beautifully presented, it is, but the sushi was all rice, really really poor, no flavour, the grilled fish rubbery and tasteless, the sashimi perfectly ok but not outstanding, and... We had dinner at Kozue on a Saturday night. It was a strange experience. The location is great, the view is wonderful, the service excellent - and the food was underwhelming, disappointing, bad, tasteless and utterly boring. My husband and I paid close to 50 000 yen to have the most dissatisfying restaurant experience in our lives - and we... More

Excellent choice for food, in one of the most iconic view you can get over the Tokyo skyline. Accurate service as you may expect in any Park Hyatt. Great for lunch, spectacular for dinner.
