A superb Japanese cuisine in stunning surroundings

The wonderful Park Hyatt hotel in Tokyo provides a discreet gem: Kozue is exceptional on all accounts. The setting is beautiful and a bit mysterious. The views are stunning. More importantly, the food is truly exceptional. Every dish is worth a photo and when it reaches the mouth, is an incredible mix of savors. A great sake will complete this... More

the service is excellent from taking our reservation to welcoming us to the restaurant. we had the lunch set named Goroku Tendon with wagu meat and Waka with tempura. reasonably priced at total of 7000 jpy for the food. food itself was ok but did not match the exclusive view nor the excellent service. recommend a visit when you are... We spent a very lovely dinner at Kozue, service is impeccable! We order the 6 course menu and was really good! Not our best meal in Japan but definitely one of the best ones. The view is amazing! The only thing that I consider they can improve is the ambient, no music at all, so it is kind of weird... More

We visited this place despite having read very conflicting reviews on this site and others. The view is undoubtedly stunning (make sure to ask for a table next to the window). However, the food was average (particularly given the price tag) and the service was mediocre (if not close to bad) - as a mere example, we had to ask... More

Celebrated my 40th birthday here with my partner. My sister (living in another country) had organised champagne on arrival and a birthday cake was dessert. They met all of her requests and also offered us complimentary champagne as it was a special occasion for us. We choose the shabu shabu set menu and enjoyed a range of small tasting entrees... More

The view over Tokyo here is amazing but you sure do have to pay for the privilege. The food is fairly good but not spectacular. We often had to ask twice (sometimes 3 time) for extra drinks etc.

So we visited this restaurant on our last full night in Tokyo. The hotel was very impressive the view amazing and the service at this restaurant impeccable. It is expensive we paid £170 for2 people the food was ok it wasn't awful or amazing it wasn't the best we had in Tokyo by a long shot.

As we were staying in the hotel we dined here for our last night in Japan. I'd eaten at Kozue many years ago and while I'd enjoyed the meal it could have been better. This time I thought the food was much nicer, more flavoursome. We'd reserved a window table. The restaurant is like the whole hotel both stylish and... More

The view here is outstanding. The staff are excellent. The food is fresh and looks great, but unfortunately lacks flavour and the wow factor that you'd expect at the price. Speaking of which, this restaurant is totally overpriced. Would never go back, but it's a special view.

This restaurant is a classic among foreigners as it is located on the 41st floor of the Park Hyatt hotel which provides an outstanding view over Tokyo. Unfortunately the view is priced into the food which doesn't mean that it is not delicious; however one can't deny that the presentation contributes to the prices. The atmosphere is modern and the...
