It is time for Shah to inject a dose of reality into this forum. For sure, the food at this place is very good. But keep in mind that you are having excellent Japanese quality beef cooked in Tepanyaki style. In that context, this place is not creating anything out of the ordinary that cannot be found in many other... More

On the 52nd floor with amazing views. We treated my nephew and he said it was the best food he had ever eaten. We went for the Kobe beef and had the set menu. - 5 mini starters including an oyster, crab salad, bamboo tempura, fabulous piece of cod and beef sushi. - sashimi - then the main course, heated... Fantastic restaurant with amazing views. Personal chef (for you, not a group) is warm and friendly, but without any of the theatre seen in Western style Teppanyaki restaurants. Service was smooth, warm and efficient. A great night capped off by dessert at the bar overlooking Tokyo lights Expensive, but well worth it

We reserved, but on arrival there was waiting and phone calls and faffing. We asked if we could have a drink at the bar as it seemed our table wasn't ready. That seemed a good idea to them so we were taken to the bar which has a marvellous twinkling panorama of Tokyo. The bar man needed encouraging as he... More

Expensive, but worth it. The best teppanyaki restaurant I have been to, great food, exceptional service.

Beautiful restaurant. Personal chef cooked an amazing meal for me and my wife. Warning....the prawns are still alive as they hit the cooking surface....so be warned, this is not for the faint of heart. We had the Kobe beef which was very good. The entire meal was perfect. Pricey....$500 for 2 meal and 3 beers. But worth it.

Final meal of our visit to Japan. It is expensive but they put on a good show, the food is outstanding and the service impeccable.

During each of my Tokyo trip I always take my business partner to Seryna - Mon Cher Tonton at the 52nd floor of the Sumitomo building. Their lobster/kobe beack combo dinner is the best and the chefs are highly skilled. You basically get show and dinner :-) The beer is also excellent and I love the nice touch of having... More

I guess this is one of the things one needs to do at least once. The food was amazing - kobe beef, foie gras, all prepared in front of you - fresh and very good. But you will pay..... Definitely worth it!!! We took the most expensive menu and in that case there is enough food, but don't expect to... More

Highly expensive, but very, very tasty. Kind of weird location as it is on 52nd floor of an office building, but great teppanyaki and good fun. Be prepared though, it is tokyo afterall - very $$$$
