We absolutely recommend this place. The food is excellent and the prices very fair compared to the Tokyo average. We particularly enjoyed the two types of fried Gyoza, the rice with the soup and the beansprout. For dinner best go before 7 p.m., as the queue can get quite long afterwards.

Not much to choose from.. Gyoza fried or steamed, with or without Garlic and Chives.. Get one of each, they are delicious. You can also get a couple of apps for the side.. This formula is wonderful, cheap and the food is great.. the place is busy all the time and service is efficient. Pleasure to watch the chef doing... More

How curious it is... I used to go often to this restaurant when I was living in the area. Is cheap, well located if you are doing some shopping in Harajuku, Omotesando area and is perfect for a quick snack. But rating it as the best restaurant in the area??? Yes, gyozas are well made, the cucumber with miso sauce... More

We went for a late lunch today ready to line up & were surprised to find no queue. The gyoza are great - equal to the best we've had anywhere. They have an English menu, and some of the staff speak some English. It wasn't hard to find using the map on this site. About a 5 min. walk from... More

If you don't like Gyoza, you'll struggle here. On the positive side, if you do, you'll love this. Tucked away down a small alleyway in Harajuku, this place is very popular with locals and tourists alike. 6 Gyoza will set you back 280 yen- a bargain by any stretch, and additionally so given they're undoubtedly the best around. Take your... More

Excellent gyoza in Harajuku. There was a long queue when we arrived but it moved very quickly. Service was prompt and attentive.

I can't claim to know the difference between good and great gyoza, but this place was excellent. Like most popular lunch places in Tokyo, you may wait on a bit of a line, but it moves quickly enough. The star of the menu is gyoza, and it's simple as steam or pan-fried and leek or no leek. The menu has... More

Tucked away down a little side street, next to a Thai restaurant, it's a little difficult to find but the trip advisor map is accurate so follow that. No English sign but there is an English menu. They cook the gyoza in front of you (they're very efficient) and you sit around the action at the bar. We had three... More

After wandering around for about an HOUR in the near vicinity of this restaurant, we finally found it thanks to some friendly local's directions. Luckily, it was well worth the search! (Hint: it's across from the TGIFridays restaurant). We were fortunate there was no line when we arrived, although there was one when we left. We ordered two orders of... More
