Pleasant dining experience -- food very good

One of my Japanese clients took me to dinner here. We sat on high chairs at the bar, and had one of the set groupings of courses from the dinner menu, which included an appetizer, a soup, a main course and dessert. It was fairly pricey - about $70. I had a steak main course, and the beef was... read more

I had a great time there! The food was amazing, especially the Beef Stroganoff and the creme brulee! You should try this unforgettable food experience.

Super breakfast buffet, very busy on sundays, service was good. Good selection of western food. Juice bar, egg selection, and a very nice bakery section.

We settled in here after a day of meetings - the only place that was open in the hotel this evening. Customers were thin on the ground……it was a little after nine. People were thinking about retiring for the night - we’re thinking food. We were warned that the kitchen closed at 10 so we ordered quickly. The thing about... More

Very unusual experience I had in this restaurant given my several trips to Japan. The Japanese do food and service impeccably, and nowhere was quality in either area seen in this restaurant. On all three visits to this restaurant for breakfast while staying at the Grand Hyatt, the buffet food was cold, and I had to ask for coffee multiple... More

However this restaurant's lightning was too shady for taking photos, too dark to identify colors of their dihes, it's true that the food was very good. And we three were very satisfied with that meal. ディナータイムは店内の照明が暗すぎて料理の色もわからないほどで、もちろん写真もまともに撮れなかったが、それはさておきお料理がすべて美味しくて、全員満足して帰ったのは間違いない事実で、大変よい時間を過ごせました。

We enjoyed a pleasant dinner here. As it's on the expensive side, this was a special treat for a special occasion. In that regard, it didn't completely live up to our expectations. The staff were hesitant and insecure. We were never entirely sure who our waiter was and struggled to get service when we needed it as a consequence. Very... More

Delicious and reasonably priced, this restaurant was a welcome meal in the hotel. Good service and a nice wine list complemented the evening.

This restaurant has an amazing, although expensive brunch. About 4000 yen per person but totally worth it. Great meats, fish, salad and the dessert section is amazing.
