Delicious food and fantastic service.

We tried both shabu shabu and the charbroiled steak. Both were delicious. The family's preference was for shabu shabu as the Kobe beef steak was a bit too fatty for our liking. The service was impeccable and the serve staff could speak good English. We visited the Ginza Seryna restaurant... read more

We had sukiyaki and shabu shabu beef lunch here on a Sunday. We sat upstairs in a very refined classy ambience. We chose the Prime Beef instead of the Kobe beef as we prefer less fatty beef, and we're happy with our choices. The shabu shabu 5,500 yen set comes with crab legs and vegetables and udon as well. This... More

Seryna is at least 35 years old serving up delicious sukiyaki. The interior is very well maintained as you can still see classic 80's elegance. The waiters are all in tuxedo's while the waitresses as in traditional kimonos. The food is very good and although I haven't tried any sukiyaki before but I can say that the ingredients they use... We went the shabu shabu route. We got the Tuna Toro Sashimi to start and it was probably the best tuna we've ever had. It just melted in your mouth. Then we got the Kobe beef shabu shabu. The beef was so tasty and the sauces they give you are delicious. The veggies that go with it were nice. The... More

One of the highlights of my trip was having a Kaiseki lunch on the 52nd floor of Seryna, right across from our hotel at the Hilton Shinjuku. I absolutely could not leave Japan without having a Kobe steak. Lunch was decently priced, but for the Kobe steak, was an additional $70USD. In total the meal was about $280 for two... More

We were looking for a nice lunch with a view and had decided to go to the restaurants on 49-52 floors and came across this place. We had the set lunch Beef & Crab Shabu-Shabu. It was amazing. After an appetiser, the rest of the meal is cooked at the table in the boiling water, with the waitress showing you... More

Went with the whole family, service was good. We had our own seperate room and the chef came to cook everything for us. We had a set course dinner and everything from starter to desert was fabulous. Just some of the things the luxurious menu included: Lobster, Foie gras, Kobe beef steak. Very expensive but it was a great experience... More

We followed local recommendations, and was the best decision. We went for a special lunch, set menus were perfect, and also tried the best kobe steak they had...no doubt. The best meat i've ever tried. Although expensive, is completely worth it.

Definitely overpriced, even for Tokyo standards, food was not particularly good, service was OK, but was almot impossible to communicate since only Japanese was spoken. I would not recommend to go there to try to have a nice fine dinne night with your family it has not a romantic ambiance either. Perhaps would be good for a very dry business... More

I was in Tokyo with the family for 5 days. For the most part we were randomly picking restaurants in the mid-low end scale (local everyday food) and got really lucky and had some great lunches and dinners. We stayed at the Park Hyatt and asked the concierge if he had any recommendations for a Shabu-Shabu restaurant near the hotel... More
