A very classy restaurant and in true Japanese hospitality a wonderful experience. The spread of sushi's (all veg) is brilliant.

We found Tokyo to be tricky for us veggies - especially for vegetarians who like vegetable sushi. Language was the main problem. But not here where all the food is veggie! I read about the restaurant in the Louis Vuitton guide. After maneuvering the Japanese only website, I made reservations for Sunday lunch. Located in Roppongi hills, the restaurant is fairly easy to find. The decor is clean and minimal. The service is professional and efficient. The open kitchen is a wonderful experience... The most incredible all vegetarian place I've ever been too. Super creative and visually stunning all veggie sushi. Great service, great food. A must even for carnivores. Must get the beet sushi -- you will be shocked how incredible it is! For special evening n town, go to the Bacarat B Bar 1 block away, and then Potager for dinner!

The strange thing is that everything resembles traditional fish-based sushi, even though it's been created from tomatoes, avocado and the brilliance of the chef. As well as sushi there's vegetable tempura, which is good, but is just vegetable tempura; the... More
