A very classy restaurant and in true Japanese hospitality a wonderful experience. The spread of sushi's (all veg) is brilliant.

The most incredible all vegetarian place I've ever been too. Super creative and visually stunning all veggie sushi. Great service, great food. A must even for carnivores. Must get the beet sushi -- you will be shocked how incredible it is! For special evening n town, go to the Bacarat B Bar 1 block away, and then Potager for dinner!
Given that most sushi demands the presence of raw fish, Potager is a real anomaly: everything is made from vegetables.
